 Mālama Crafteen Kits
is a non-profit that provides free craft kits to hospitalized teens.

Designed for 12-19 year olds, with

all pre-cut supplies and instructions included, these kits help teens with the healing process through creativity.

We Know It Sucks

"Being a teenager in a children's hospital is awful. Everything is decorated for 5-year-olds, and the 'creative activities' they offer are literally crayons and Disney coloring pages. You either stare at an iPad all day or freeze from boredom."

Most pediatric hospitals, especially the playrooms, are designed for younger patients. We saw the gap, and we filled it with activities that actually respect your age.

How It Works

Step 1:

We gather supplies through donations from craft stores such as Ben Franklin or fundraising efforts.

Step 2:

Every month, with the help of volunteers, we pack a variety of kits.

Step 3:

We donate the packed kits to multiple hospitals.
